Terms of Use

What FocusFlyer is

FocusFlyer is a focus timer. “Flights”, “boarding passes”, “seats” and everything else aviation-flavoured are a fiction that dresses up your focus sessions — FocusFlyer sells no travel, issues no real tickets, and has no connection to any airline, airport or aircraft manufacturer. Aircraft names are used fictionally.

Using the service

Subscriptions

When paid features launch, they will be sold as auto-renewing subscriptions (or a one-time lifetime unlock) billed by Apple through your App Store account. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel them in your App Store settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms. Prices may vary by region and may change with notice.

Content & attribution

The app and site are © FocusFlyer. Airport data © OurAirports (public domain). Maps © Mapbox and their data providers. You keep whatever you create with your focus time — that was never ours.

No warranty

FocusFlyer is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t promise uninterrupted service, that shared skies will always have flights to join, or any particular productivity outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (zero, while FocusFlyer is free).

Changes, termination, law

We may update these terms (the effective date above will change) and may discontinue or change the service. Continued use after an update means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
